"A sword shall pierce your heart" isn't a line we see written in baby shower cards and yet these are words that are spoken to Mary as she brings her month old infant to the temple to dedicate him to God. What does it mean for God to allow these words of prophecy to be spoken over his son even as he is just a baby?
